Choose freely between one of the main courses from the à la carte menu:

Roasted duck breast with glazed beetroots, Szechuan pepper, duck confit, and a rich sauce made from confit gizzards.

Slow-braised veal brisket, served with baked Jerusalem artichokes, caramelised onions, kale, and potato purée.
Side: Deep red wine sauce cooked with herbs and butter. -
Pan-seared haddock with creamy cauliflower purée, pommes fondant, apple compote, crispy capers, and browned butter.
Drinks are charged separately.
31 December – New Year’s Eve
3-course New Year’s menu:

Starter: Butter-seared scallops with pea purée, dill, wood sorrel, and chorizo granules

Main course: Tournedos Rossini with foie gras, sautéed beech mushrooms, Pommes Anna, celery–cauliflower purée, and demi-glace sauce
