The winter stay can be booked on weekends from week 4 through week 9. Arrival is possible on Fridays, Saturdays, and throughout the winter holiday. However, the 3-course dinner is only served on weekends. If you wish to add an extra night, simply note this in the comment field when booking.

During the quiet winter months, we invite you inside for a cosy winter stay where calm, comfort and good food take centre stage. The stay is perfect for a small weekend getaway, where everyday life is put on pause and there is time for togetherness and indulgence.
After arrival, there is time to unwind and enjoy the surroundings before the evening offers a delicious dinner in a relaxed atmosphere. The 3-course menu is tailored to the season and provides a cosy end to the winter day. The stay is rounded off with an inviting breakfast that gives you the perfect start to the day.
3-course winter menu:
Starter
Tuna sashimi with avocado, fried capers, soy–sesame vinaigrette, lime and toasted sesame seeds.
Main course
Choose between brasserie-style pork cheeks, slow-braised, with roasted root vegetables, mashed potatoes and reduced jus or butter-fried haddock with crispy skin, brown butter, fried capers, pickled fennel, pointed cabbage, baby potatoes and salt-baked celeriac.
Dessert
Chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream, berry purée, fresh berries and mint.
