Terms and Conditions

Cancellation policy:

You can freely cancel or change a booking up to 30 days before arrival.
If you wish to cancel, send us an email at info@hotelklippen.dk
 

 

Check-in:

Check-in is possible from 15:00
The key is ready in your room door, so you have the option of checking in whenever you want.
 

 

Check out:

Check-out must take place no later than 10:00 on the day of departure.
Just leave the key in the door when you check out.
 

 

Animals:

Dogs are welcome in the annex at Grevens Dal and in the "Double room in the wing" category at Skt. Jørgens Gaard (DKK 450 per stay). Dogs are not allowed at Therns or in the other rooms.

 

Smoking:

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.
 

 

Breakfast:

Breakfast is included in the room price and is served at Café Plateau by Grevens Dal between 7:00 and 10:00.
 

 

Payment:

The payment will be deducted from your credit card immediately after you have made an online booking.
