New restaurant in Gudhjem - Lauv Pasta

Gudhjem got a new restaurant, located right in the heart of the city, at the back of Therns Hotel.

Restaurant Lauv serves pasta made from the award-winning Bornholm pasta producer Pastariget's products.

You can choose from several different preparations with hot smoked salmon, truffles, organic meat from Hallegård and much more.

Everything is made from scratch on Bornholm's raw materials where possible (There are not many truffles on Bornholm :-)

At Restaurant Lauv, you will also find good cocktails, cold Bornholm beers and good wines from France, USA and Italy.
