Café Plateau and Hotel Klippen invite you to an exclusive wine retreat on Saturday, October 18, where you can enjoy a 5-course gourmet dinner with carefully paired wines, followed by an overnight stay at Hotel Klippen and a delicious breakfast the next morning. As part of the evening, Michael Brix from Vinea Vin ApS will guide you through the wines and share his passionate knowledge about taste, character, and the harmony with the menu.

Wine tasting during dinner
