Swimming from the Cliffs:
In front of Hotel Klippen, it is possible to swim in several places from the cliffs. However, it requires that your walking is good and be careful if the weather is bad or the cliffs are slippery.
Swimming from the beach:
You can go to Melsted Strand via the small coastal path in front of Hotel Klippen and to the right. An incredibly beautiful trip that takes approx. 15 minutes
Swimming in the harbour:
If you go down into Nørresand harbour, there is a nice bathing staircase and a bathing platform. Take Brøddegade/Løkkegade and continue straight until you see the water. It takes approx. 10 min walk from Hotel Klippen.
Indoor swimming:
In Gudhjem we have a super nice swimming pool which is open to everyone. The swimming pool has various events such as massage, Chill evening, Saunagus etc. Check their website for opening hours. The swimming pool is a 9-minute walk from the hotel.
